You break a mature coconut in half with an axe, open it and let it dry for 3 days in the sun (pray it doesn’t rain), then scoop out the meat, and stuff it all in burlap bags to sell to the oil factory. I spewed from both ends in a bucket and writhed in muscle pain for 10 days because milk activated the toxin.
